| Place presentation Located in a 5000 square metre closed garden with trees and flowers, with a swimming pool, a summer kitchen garden and a private carpark, the bedrooms of « La Pradasse » are a privileged place in which reign a serene environment, calm, at about 20 kms of the pink city, Toulouse, in the village of AYGUESVIVES, in the South-east of Toulouse in Lauragais.
The rooms were arranged in an old shed of a lauragais farm. Only the open brick pillars were preserved and emphasized by a structure of iron and glass which gives all its originality to this new restoration.. The transparency, the light and spacee, are the values which the owners wanted to highlight, in this place dedicated to the art of living and wellbeing.
3 rooms are at the ground floor and 2 upstairs. All are double rooms . One is accessible to people with reduced mobility. An additional bed for a child till 12 years old can be added in 2 bedrooms. All the wrought iron pieces structures and furniture were created and carried out by the owners. The unity in materials was wanted by the owners, also, we can see in each bedroom, the oak parquet floor for the grounds and the molten glass to the walls and ground for the bathrooms ; however each room is distinguished by a neat decoration and very personal, that's why, each door is called with a name of film title, like an inspiration, a feeling, a moment lived.
